Vision and Goals

Joanne’s life-long vision is to build a senior citizen home(s). She has love and adoration for the elderly and wants to give them a place where their needs are met physically and spiritually, and that their hearts will flourish with God’s love. Joanne believes that the GWCC ministry has its focus on unity of the family, and she glories that day when all God’s people regardless of their race will experience the saving grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ together in the beauty of holiness. Joanne also has an overwhelming passion and desire to minister to the “hurting in the body of Christ”, Christians that have been wounded and broken, misunderstood and isolated in the house of God. She wants them to know that God has a secret place of security. A place of intimacy with him that protects and preserves us even as God uses the experiences of disappointment to prepare us for our call-in ministry. “He who dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty…Because thou hast made the Lord, who is my refuge even the Most High thy habitation….” Psalm 91.
